Equipment Service Department Coordinator Mission of the Role (What you will be doing) : The Equipment Service Department Coordinator will communicate with Service Technicians, Vendors, Sales Professionals, Customer Service and Customers to provide the highest level of equipment service.
Main tasks will include ordering and expediting parts, follow up on part return authorizations, assist in ordering new equipment specified by Equipment Specialist, following up on promised lead times from equipment vendors, schedule equipment technicians, billing service, tracking demo equipment, and creating invoices.
As a valued member of the Equipment Service Team, this individual ensures data reliability through vigilant data maintenance and sourcing due diligence.
