Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Recruitment Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
• Processes core new hires, seasonal employees, and other staff through the on-boarding process. This includes taking ownership of the process from the Ready to Hire stage.
• Schedules pre-employment health assessments.
• Tracks background checks, references, sanction checks, licenses/CPR verification and on-boarding tasks for completion.
• Manages the NEO Clearance spreadsheet.
• Sends correspondences to team and new hires regarding the process.
• Communicates with leaders and recruitment team when a new hire needs to be pushed back or rescinded.
• Assists with preparing for general orientation by ensuring all new hires are cleared the Wednesday before orientation.
• Makes new employee badges for all new hires and contingent workers across the system.
• Assist with setting up on Monday morning and checks in hires upon arrival.
• Assist new hires during lunch with onboarding tasks, processing I9 documents and notarizing appropriate documents.
• Serves as a backup for when the Administrative Coordinator.
• Answers phones and greets guests when they come to the corporate office.
• Ensures all visitors check in upon arrival and informs leaders/EA’s when guests have arrived.
• Ensures all mail deliveries are delivered to the appropriate location.
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelors Degree” preferred. Associates degree required
• Three (3) or more years of experience in an office environment required;
(1) years’ experience as an HR Specialist, HR Assistant, or a similar relevant role within a corporate environment preferred.
• Experience in on-boarding, talent acquisition, or related field is strongly preferred
• Understanding of Human Resource processes and procedures strongly preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-5p
Friday: 8a-3:30p
Pay Range:
$20.53 - $28.87If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
