JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager for Jollibee Group North America is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies of the Jollibee brand, by identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. This includes recommending new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; measuring marketing effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals of return of investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing the online presence across digital touchpoints and executing cut-through digital marketing activities.
S / he is responsible for the sales channels (online ordering, and 3rd Party Aggregators); generating site traffic; managing the brand / s’ presence on social and search platforms; developing a loyalty program and implementing email marketing efforts. Likewise, s / he is responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team.
