Essential Functions :
- Manages the development of a strategic sales plan that drives catering revenues.
- Leads the company’s catering sales and operations efforts.
- Leads and develops catering team to execute and support all aspects of catering sales (e.g., sales management, professionalism, sales channel focus, sales presentations, territory management, generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, etc.).
- Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Researches competitor's catering strategies to identify ways to grow share.
- Initiates and leads regular catering meetings to evaluate weekly, monthly and quarterly progress towards sales and initiative implementation.
- Participates in regular sales calls with members of the team to acquire new business and / or close on business.
- Suggests innovative marketing ideas to support sales efforts to continue to grow market share.
- Serves as the catering contact for all department heads.
- Responsible for building and executing all annual budgets and the corresponding initiatives to sustain catering sales growth
- Manages vendor relationships with all third-party ordering and delivery platforms that work in support of catering sales and execution
- Work in partnership with Regional Directors and Area Leaders to ensure a clear understanding of sales goals / results, sales activities, as well as sales related opportunities.
- Provides feedback and input to Marketing, Culinary, and IT teams as part of a collaborative process to ensure the success of Catering.

Minimum of 5 years Catering Sales and Operations Management experience with demonstrated skills in supervising a sales team that achieved or exceeded sales goals.Minimum of three years in a multi-unit catering sales role, or relevant sales experience required with a track record of achieving sales goalsBachelor’s degree preferredBenefits & Compensation :
