The Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of experience in a 'hunter' sales role, with a track record of acquiring net-newbusiness in B2B sales.
- Experience successfully closing mid-to-large-sized B2B contracts with a strong understanding of value-based pricing.
- Background in financial services or technology sales—deep experience with credit unions or banks is a plus.
- Proven ability to sell to and influence senior executives, with experience navigating complex decision-making environments.
- Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, VoC, and customer experience analytics—you understand their value and can communicate it effectively.
- A persistent, optimistic, and energetic sales approach—you love the challenge of building something new.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-impact role—you're self-motivated and driven to succeed.
