Data Analyst Senior - Tableau/BI Operations Support (Postgres)

• Must have solid experience with Hadoop
• Must have experience with SQL and Python
• Manage data related to platform usage and health, be a gatekeeper for platform performance data, and oversee the reporting process
• Collaborate and partner with technology to assess and establish processes to govern platform health and efficiency
• Provide onboarding and user support for enterprise analytic and big data platforms, with a focus on supporting platform users
• Monitor platform performance and provide analysis for optimization opportunities
• Understand downstream implications of any platform, process or governance changes and clearly communicate these to impacted partners
• Monitor reporting on the performance of big data platforms and tools
• Organize, prepare content, and present updates to leadership and / or business partners during ACC-owned working group meetings

Work Experience : Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3 years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
