Position Overview:
Support Services Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our onsite team supporting a renowned healthcare organization. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Colón, Panama.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to healthcare services and solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Provide information about healthcare products and services to customers as needed.
Meet performance metrics, including quality scores, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
