Customer Service and Sales Representative (French Bilingual)
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Representative who is fluent in both French and English. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth while delivering outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently in French and English to provide exceptional service.
- Handle inbound calls to promote products and services effectively.
- Deliver personalized support to customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and computerized systems for accurate data entry and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment, achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written communication).
- Must be able to work onsite at our Hewitt, TX office.
- Preferred: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with computerized systems.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to shared goals.
