As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Direct Care Staff, you will be part of a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes and communities. Responsibilities
Providing assistance with daily living activities, including eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other essential tasks
Supervising and cueing these activities when necessary, without hands-on assistance
Working varied shifts, including first, second, and third shifts, 7 days a week
Collaborating with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client
