The Director of Retail Excellence is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that drives operational excellence, leads impactful training programs, and streamlines communications across a fleet of retail stores. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team that supports enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and engagement of store teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Vice President of Retail and Omni-Channel Excellence.
You will understand retail operations, capabilities, and the ability to inspire teams and business partners at all levels. You will be a thought leader, change agent, and advocate for best-in-class retail practices. You will lead a team of professionals and will collaborate with our cluster and global teams to influence work across departments and geographies.
About The Job
- Operations Leadership :
Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance in-store performance.
Lead training programs that empower store teams with the skills to succeed in a retail environment, inclusive of e-learning, instructor-led courses, virtual webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
Oversee the development and delivery of clear, concise, and actionable communications to store teams.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations, training, and communication professionals.
Analyze key performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
About You
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in the office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800 – $219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
