Global Shop in Shop, Strategy Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Global Shop in Shop team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our stores, including performance management processes, store compliance, measurement, and employee incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Process Development: Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our stores
- Audit and Compliance: Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to develop and conduct audits and secret shops to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Device Asset Management: Manage employee-seeded device asset management, including tracking and reporting
- Sales and Engagement Incentives: Develop and implement contests and incentives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or a related field
- Fast-Paced Environment: Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
- Business Acumen: Built business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Formalized communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Can analyze data and make informed decisions
