BCBA owned and operated company is looking for a Clinical Director based out of our Broward, Florida location. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients being served and staff. This person is responsible for overseeing a small caseload (2 clients), therapist performance, and monitoring program progress.
- Requirements: active BCBA license for 3 years
- Role: The clinical director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the ABA company. They ensure quality and compliance across all programs.
- Responsibilities:
- Support BCBAs with goals, interventions, assessments and meet regularly.
- Oversee program development and execution.
- Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Monitor client outcomes and overall clinical effectiveness.
- Support onboarding of both clients and staff
- Supervise unrestricted hours for BCBA Apprentices
- Participate in recruitment and outreach
- Curriculum development
- Salary: $90,000-100,000 per year
- Hybrid in Broward, FL (in office 2-3 times per week)
