Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs using evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on findings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior management techniques.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards in behavior analysis.
