What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Supportive Care ABA?
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
The appropriate candidate will:
- Communicate professionally with families.
- Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
- Complete daily session notes.
- Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan.
- Engage in supervision sessions with BCBA.
- Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should have an RBT certification and must be willing to undergo a background check.
