Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
