We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive behavioral services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing individualized instruction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring progress, providing feedback to clients and their families, and working with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans for individuals with disabilities.
- Conduct functional assessments to identify problem behaviors and develop strategies to address them.
- Collect data and monitor progress of behavior plans.
- Provide direct instruction and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Conduct assessments of individuals’ needs, abilities, and interests.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Develop positive behavior supports and strategies for challenging behaviors.

Pay: $84,945.00 - $89,534.00 per year
