Our staff members work either in client homes, the community, or one of our outpatient offices on a daily basis. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are mandatory, along with reliable transportation. Successful candidates must pass extensive background checks and drug screenings. Availability during the day and/or early evening is required, while weekend availability is a definite plus. Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and energy. Candidates are required to be credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is formally credentialed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and is responsible for providing highly specialized, professional services designed to improve the quality of life for individuals experiencing Autism and/or other significant developmental differences.
New BCBAs will start with an existing caseload, and opportunities to develop areas of particular interest are encouraged and can contribute to stakeholder opportunities. If you are enthusiastic about learning and teaching others, possess a solutions-oriented approach to challenging situations, and have a keen interest in helping develop and build organizational priorities, programs, policies, and procedures, we would love to hear from you!
