Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc, an Affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking both Full-Time & Part Time Assistant Program Coordinators to oversee several CLA's and provide direct support care to our CLA residents in the Pine Grove and surrounding Lebanon areas. This position will assist individuals in our Residential IDD Program under the 6400 Regulatory Compliance.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Previous experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities for at least 6 months or more.
Excellent communication skills, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, & FBI (if not PA resident for the pass 2 years) as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored training.
Summary of Role:
Oversight Supervisor of CLA.
Supervise and direct the work of Residential Specialists to include the following:
Medical Appointments/ medication management in conjunction with the Program Coordinator.
Complete requirements to become a Medication Administration Observer
Monitor medications for refills and reconcile weekly medications with the PC upon delivery prior to the start of each week.
Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training.
On Call - Participate in on call rotation.
Training - in conjunction with the Program Coordinator Monitor compliance list and inform staff of upcoming training needs.
Conduct and observe medication practicums for employees.
Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and indicate areas of improvement regarding job performance.
Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to the due date.
