REQUIREMENTS :

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical, tuberculosis test and background / DMV checks.
Weekend Availability Required.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB :

Transport consumers to medical appointments, community activities, school / day programs, religious services, and family visits.

Perform daily activities in the home, including meal prep, shopping, cleaning, and supporting consumer outcomes.

Assist with community home licensing and home activities per regulations.

Contribute to ISP development and ensure accurate documentation (e.g., medication logs, daily logs, incident reports, behavior plans, vehicle logs, consumer funds).

Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Administer medications and collaborate with Site Supervisor to meet consumer needs as per ISPs.

Follow supervision requirements and assist with special projects as needed.

Complete hours via MITC and required training on an annual basis.

Attend staff meetings and be available for shifts 24 / 7 as scheduled.

Assist with on-call and emergency situations as requested.

Salary : $15 - $17
