Essential Functions:
- OBSERVES ALL;
- Policies on confidentiality of information
- Fiscal/Office/Programming/Human Resource; EEOC/EOE/BEO STANDARDS
- ODP/OMHSAS/CYS/CMS Policies and Procedure
- Funding entity Policies and Procedures
- Able to work appropriately with all persons
- Actively demonstrates leadership in behavior supportive of the organization
- Will be collaborative, communicative, caring and respectful to everyone
- Participates in a minimum of eleven (11) hours of annual training and management training programs
- Documents time worked accurately and concise
- Team Player
Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred.
Experience:
- Two (2) to Five (5)years experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing, documentation, and personnel record keeping skills
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Responsibilities:
- Function with autonomy, diplomacy and professionalism within the guidelines established by this organization
- Promote the well being of the human aspect of this organization and report any concerns to the Sr. Manager of Human Resources
- Administer the principles of short and long range planning to anticipate and avoid issues
- Promote the organization, “TEAM SPIRIT”, harmony and an image of high professional esteem
- Utilize the support staff to the best interests of this organization
- Act as a liaison, Team Leader and link communication between the Sr. Manager of Human Resources and the Human Resource Department Support Staff
- Function with the highest esteem in dealing with all employees, clients and consumers of this organization
- Be an advocate for all the policies, protocol, labor grades etc. of the organization
- Foster a HUMANE atmosphere within the Human Resource Department as well as the entire organization
- Employee Meetings with staff who request meetings with People Coordinator
- Ensure Programs are up to date with necessary paperwork and clearances
- Assist with Exit interviews as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned
