Community Relations Director for Supportive Hospice
About the Role:
Supportive Hospice is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Community Relations Director to lead our outreach and branding efforts. This is a high-impact role for a candidate who already has established connections within the healthcare community, particularly in hospice. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of building strong referral relationships and driving strategic growth.
You’ll oversee a team of marketers, manage referral partnerships, and serve as a public-facing ambassador for Supportive Hospice’s mission of compassionate, quality care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily marketing operations and strategic outreach
- Develop and execute community engagement and referral-building strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and referral sources
- Represent Supportive Hospice at events and within professional networks
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in healthcare marketing (hospice experience preferred)
- Connections: Must have existing relationships in the local medical community
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Skills: Strong communication, public relations, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and service contracting
- Qualities: Self-motivated, well-organized, adaptable, and relationship-driven

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
