What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Waiver Case Management position at Supportive Living Solutions?

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- Monday Friday, days, in-person
- Salary of $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
- Benefits: Health, Dental, PTO, 401K and more (after 90 days of full-time employment)
- Mileage reimbursement
SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience as a Waiver Case Manager and/or as a supervisor of a Waiver Case Management team.
- Ability to pass DHS background check
MORE ON THE ROLE:
You'll be on a team based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul. Some of the weekly aspects of the Manager role include:
- Weekly one-on-one statuses with each Case Manager you supervise
- Ensure Case Mangers successfully ramp up on key metrics by completing and reviewing a weekly Performance Tracker
- Lead your team meeting bi-weekly, assist in leading the full Case Management team meeting bi-weekly
- Manage your teams caseloads
The primary goal of a manager is to develop their team of Case Managers to become masters of the role, so they are providing excellence case management services to our clients!
