Sales and Finance Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Duties

• Assist and execute all functions of sales and the financing of used vehicles.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using financial software - DealerCenter and Google Sheets.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant data and analyzing trends.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within financial operations.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial transactions and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
