Training is our expertise. We provide comprehensive classroom-style training and demonstrations, so no experience is necessary. As the Junior Sales Team Member, you will receive training in product knowledge, effective sales techniques, field marketing systems, and general operational procedures.

What will you be doing?
- Generate revenue for our telecommunications client and achieve monthly sales metrics through effective field marketing techniques
- Conduct target market research and build campaign solutions that will achieve specified target metrics as designated by the client and exceed client expectations
- Establish trusting relationships with consumers, clients, and team members and meet all responsibilities with adequate preparation, delivery, and follow-through
- Act as the main point of contact between consumers and the client to provide valuable feedback regarding the product / service quality and the consumer experience
- Stay current with industry news and present ideas to improve and streamline our field marketing and sales strategies
- Create sales training materials, pitch presentations, and efficient reporting tools
