We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent or Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects in the Tampa and Orlando areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
