What You'll Do
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Operations: Directly supports the Deputy Administrative Director-Operations in managing and improving Court operations, focusing on project communication and timelines.
Collaboration: Works closely with Operations Office Directors to ensure smooth program execution and clear, customer-focused communication. Assists the Executive Strategy Officer as needed.
Committees and Meetings: Represents Operations in project meetings for rural practice, America250, Safety and Health, Moyer Commission, and other ad-hoc meetings when the Deputy Director is unavailable. Provides technical support for Court Administrative Conferences.
Events: Serves as primary organizer of official Court events, including Off-Site Court, bar exam, bar admissions ceremony, Black History Month, investitures, portrait dedications, and special events.
Reporting: Creates and maintains project reports, tracking budget and timeline estimates, highlighting gaps and overages.
Innovation: Identifies opportunities for growth, innovation, and improved performance, presenting recommendations to the Deputy Administrative Director-Operations, demonstrating comprehensive and innovative thought leadership.
Staff Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
