Job Duties
Job Summary – The deputy clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court’s instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
This is a wage position with no benefits. 20-24 hours per week; $14 per hour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities – Filing, data entry, answering phone inquiries and counter assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; business courses preferred. Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.e. typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments).
Additional Considerations
Verbal and written communications skills; automated records and word processing experience a plus.
