Job Duties
Wage position, one Friday per month. The Wage position is assigned operational responsibilities in a high volume, fast paced office with frequent deadlines. Ensures courts instructions are executed and legal documents prepared with accuracy and in accordance with state and local polices.
Duties include preparing detailed court documents in accordance with established guidelines, automated case management system data entry, scanning, shredding, scheduling matters for court, preparing correspondence and filing court documents. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers at the counter, and receipting payments. Must be able to multitask and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management. The select individual must possess the ability to professionally interact with diverse customers from attorneys, law enforcement, and various agency staff to the public and provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Most competitive applicants will have considerable court, business, or office related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

This position has. no benefits and is 8 hours per month with the possibility of additional hours as needed
