What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Cashier position at Supreme Elite?
We are presently hiring a Cashier to join our team on a full-time basis. Customer service is paramount to what we do, and we are looking for a candidate dedicated to providing and improving the overall customer experience.
Cashier Role Objective:
- Establish a trusted relationship with customers to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs.
Cashier Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Helping customers overcome issues and achieve goals
- Work with a pos system in order to complete transations, change orders, or troubleshoot customer problems.
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Previous experience with a POS system is a plus!
