What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Supreme Energy?
Supreme Energy, an established HVAC and fuel delivery (heating oil & propane) company located on the South Shore is seeking general office help in our Weymouth, MA office.
Primary duties to include the following: answering incoming phone calls, assist with dispatching service technicians, routing deliveries, billing, collections and among other things, responding to customer inquiries.
Experience in HVAC industry a plus, proficient computer skills required and must be an energetic team player.
