We are looking to hire a self-motivated and detail oriented individual to manage our lawn care sales and existing costumer relations. The successful candidate will have experience with lawn care and sales for both residential and commercial clients. Communication skills will be crucial in this role as we serve a vast group of clients. This job provides a routine schedule which very rarely includes holidays or weekends.
This is a full-time, in person position and reports Monday thru Friday.
Must have a current valid driver’s license. A CDL is a plus, but not required
Lawn Care Sales Rep Requirements:
- Knowledge of lawn care principles and practices including but not limited to: pesticide application, fertility, cultural practices, mowing standards, lawn renovation and turf establishment
- Ability to address customer ideas and feedback in a positive, professional and proactive manner
- Ability to recognize additional opportunities and present them to the client or account manager
- Team oriented, Self-motivated and independently driven are characteristics we are looking for in this candidate
- Ability to learn & utilize company provided technology systems
- Promote positive employee relations by upholding company standards, policies and procedures
- Keep up with current lawn care practices to assist in preparing quotes for mowing, spraying and landscape maintenance
