As a Mowing/Maintenance Crew Leader for Supreme Green, you will oversee mowing & maintenance operations and have multiple crew members reporting to you. You will need to be able to coordinate with your team to complete all necessary work each week. You will be responsible for quality control for work completed by you and your crew. You must be willing to put in overtime hours during busy or rainy seasons and willing to work outside in most weather conditions.
Job Description:
- Maintain lawn equipment by greasing, sharpening blades, changing oils, & cleaning machines
- Log services on a mobile app with provided tablet
- Be able to communicate with customers who have specific needs or questions
- Keep trucks and trailers organized and clean
- Mowing lawns, including trimming and blowing sidewalks clean
- Trimming shrubs and perennials
- Spreading mulch
- Pulling Weeds
- Edging sidewalks
- Be responsible for your crew and quality control
- Full Time Position
- $18-$23/hour based on experience
- Monday through Friday work week
- Must have current driver’s license- CDL is a plus
