About Us

We are a leading provider of lighting rebate programs working in partnership with major utility companies including Con Edison, NYSEG, PSEG, Atlantic Electric, JCPL, and others. We specialize in providing energy-efficient lighting solutions to the hospitality and construction sectors.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and lead regional sales teams across multiple utility territories. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work with an established rebate program that provides free lighting solutions to qualified businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage teams of sales representatives across multiple territories
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize program participation
  • Establish relationships with contractors, electricians, and hospitality businesses
  • Oversee territory expansion and team development in new utility service areas
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with utility partners to ensure program compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Track record of building and developing successful sales teams
  • Understanding of utility rebate programs or energy efficiency sector (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
