Job Skills / Requirements
Schedule: M-F 5:30 PM -10:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and floor work as scheduled including but not limited to:
- Stripping, burnishing, top scrub, and refinishing hard surface floors
- Scrub and seal quarry tile and ceramic floors
- Spot clean, bonnet clean, and hot water extract carpets
- Pressure wash hard surfaces
- Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies, break rooms.
- Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean operable condition.
- Move office furniture, including files, desks, chairs, etc.
- Set up and break down rooms for meetings (tables and chairs)
- Follow all safety, security and key control procedures.
- Immediately report any building or equipment maintenance concerns to your supervisor or manager.
- Immediately report all accidents, safety hazards and security concerns to your supervisor or manager.
- Store equipment in a clean and organized manner at all times.
- Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with customer’s and company expectations.
- Complete required reports communicating work completed, hours used and information needed for billing.
- Perform such other duties as requested by your supervisor.
- Assist with moving furniture.
