Main Duties:
- Manage Self-funded health insurance program; oversee employee benefits administration
- Deliver management training programs
- Develop/update company policies, pay structures, employee handbook
- Manage Performance review process
- Manage employee relations and communication between the company and employees
- Manage Worker’s Comp claims with Compliance and Safety teams
- Analyze data/ report on HR metrics
- Other duties may be added as position evolves with a growing company
Qualifications:
- Experience with Self-funded health insurance programs preferred
- Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, managerial, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Project and time management skills
- Proven expertise solving problems
- Good presentation skills/ able to speak to a group comfortably
- Solid knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least eight years of human resource management experience required.
