Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Supreme Rice is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician at our Supreme Rice, Mermenetau, LA location. Must be comfortable climbing heights and working in harsh environments. Good physical ability a must as well as solid knowledge in machine maintenance. Shifts are 10 hrs per day, Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. Pay depends on experience and skill level.

Duties:

• Mechanical Maintenance such as grain elevators and conveyers
• Mechanical work/ electrical and some plumbing
• Repair work on industrial equipment
• Able to drive a forklift preferable
• Pay is based on experience - starting with little experience at $15/hr
