A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this CSR position, you have the vital role of providing our clients with excellent customer service. You communicate with the customer to effectively determine service needs. In a timely manner, you schedule appointments for our clients and organize sales calls. You also dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issue. QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
