Supreme Service Today of the Baltimore, MD area is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher / CSR to coordinate with our service technicians and help ensure our customers are taken care of and fully satisfied. This full-time customer service and dispatching position earns a competitive pay of $18-$25/hour, plus commission.

DAY-TO-DAY
This customer service and dispatching typically works a full-time schedule with the flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation from increased calls during summer and winter.
Our Dispatcher / CSR is essential to the success of our company as you help maximized scheduling efficiency while ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with the services we provide. Your daily tasks include determining our customers' needs and assigning our HVAC or plumbing technicians to the jobs based on skill and availability. You also focus on keeping our service experts on track to meet revenue goals. When jobs have been completed, you review invoices and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Ultimately, we rely on you to maintain our operational success while keeping customers happy!
