A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLATION / PRODUCTION MANAGER

In this Plumbing and HVAC Installation / Production Management position, you play a vital role in our company's ability to operate smoothly. Your keen leadership skills allow you to manage the technicians in a way that helps them maximize their efficiency and profitability. Those who work under you appreciate your professional and candid approach to management. You're able to use your previous experience to provide hands-on demonstrations as needed, such as a ride-along. With consistency and efficiency, you coach, train, and lead your team to success. You will also be responsible for scheduling, job review, assigning the proper labor and materials to complete jobs within budget. QUALIFICATIONS

• Management experience
• 2 years of experience in plumbing OR HVAC
