Responsibilities of our Supreme Lead Duct Cleaning Technician
Communicates the basic air duct cleaning process to homeowners.
Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services.
Accesses customer's HVAC systems appropriately.
Wear personal protective equipment as required.
Cleans duct work, Dryer vents
Sanitize duct work
Responds to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Completes daily check-out/ check-in procedures, vehicle inspections, and required departmental reporting.
Requirements of our next Lead Duct Cleaning Technician
HVAC Trade School and/or Certificate Program Experience Highly Preferred.
Comfortability & Connectivity speaking to customers.
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented & Consistent.
Professional, Ethical & Accountable.
