Job Description
At Supreme Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless equipment operation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics.
- Experience with industrial diesel engines, including Detroit 71 and 92 series, 60 series Detroit, ISX/QSX cummins variants, 855 cummins, caterpillar 3406C, and smaller deutz variants.
- Knowledge of Alliston 700 series transmissions and larger Allison variants.
- Ability to R and R clutches and possess knowledge on how to properly install and adjust them.
- Experience with coil tubing and pumping packages used in an oil field setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of programs used to diagnose and repair common diesel engines.
- Aptitude to learn electrical and hydraulic components utilized in typical coiled tubing/pumping packages used in an oil field setting.
