Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing a career. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of store operations, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations
• Learn and implement effective strategies for driving sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, and merchandising
• Learn and execute proper transaction handling procedures
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong passion for customer service and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of budgeting and price analysis
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
