Position Overview :
We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join our team, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for our organization.
Duties :
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Prepare and deliver employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Daily onboarding check ins with client in different locations
- Daily Attendance reports according to client needs
- Conducts workers comp injury compliance.
- provides drug tests for reasonable suspicions and post-accident injuries.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for employees throughout their employment experience (i.e. communicates status, answers questions).
- Maintains and processes employee files in a timely and confidential manner.
Able to drive daily between LaVergne, Smyrna, Nashville, and Lebanon, TN.
