We have partnered with our client looking for a Bilingual Full Cycle Recruiter
Hours : 8am-5pm open for overtime
Pay : $25-20 / hr
Location : Easton, PA
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Bilingual Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume recruiting efforts for our light industrial client. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools such as job boards, hiring events, and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet high-volume staffing demands.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (PeopleNet experience is a plus).
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws during the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and attend hiring events to drive candidate engagement.
