Production Packer/Assembler

The Production Packer/Assembler is responsible for stacking and piling goods into their correct containers and preparing them for shipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Pull, pack, and label products based on specific instructions.

• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas.

• Count items.

• Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.

• Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

• Keep products separated, organized, and accessible.

• Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies.

• Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet wrapper, palletizer, and electrical pallet jacks).

• Follow the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
