Team Lead Production Associate

Team Lead Production Associate needed. Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for optimizing production processes? Position is located in Forest Park, GA, as our Production Lead. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of our production area, ensuring your team operates efficiently and within established guidelines. What You’ll Do

Train and monitor production team members to ensure they operate within guidelines.

Oversee daily startup and cleanup processes, including machine and scale calibration, metal detector testing, and top of production approval.

Monitor production departments to meet hourly output goals set by the Production Supervisor.

Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documents for proper output reporting and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Lead and perform preventative maintenance duties according to the preventative maintenance schedule.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

• Strong analytical capabilities, including fluency with Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior experience in a production line or facility is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform tasks that require physical effort, including standing for long periods, lifting, and handling materials.

Must be able to work in a production environment with exposure to various elements.

Work Environment: Not a temperature-controlled warehouse

1st shift 7:30am-4:30p M-F some Saturday's

Must be flexible to work on Saturdays
