Job Title : Warehouse Manager (Operations)

Type : Contract to Permanent
Schedule : 1st Shift, 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Overtime as needed, up to 50 hours per week)
Starting Pay : $60K (dependent on candidate quality)

Role Overview : We are looking to hire up to 4 dynamic and tech-savvy Supervisors to join our team in McDonough, GA. The ideal candidates will possess a combination of operations, computer, and managerial skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about developing and leading teams. This role provides an opportunity to oversee daily operations, drive team productivity, and ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 20-50 employees, overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate labor resources and collaborate with temporary agencies to meet staffing needs.
- Work closely with the Sales team to stay updated on upcoming projects and ensure adequate staffing.
- Train and coach associates, enhancing their skills and improving overall productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
