What we’re looking for
Our team seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to implement and optimize operational systems and processes, including lead generation, invoicing, and reporting.
You will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving our end-to-end process impacting the revenue cycle, from the moment a prospect considers a purchase (Marketing), to when the deal is closed (Sales) to their renewal and expansion (Customer Success). You will also be working with the teams to ensure our platforms and systems are used correctly and that we have high-quality data for reporting. Therefore, you’ll support processes for every stage within the customer journey to create a consistent experience throughout our sales cycle. You will need to understand our customer journey, find areas of disconnect between functions, and create improvement solutions along the way. Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success, you’ll help streamline the entire go-to-market process, providing a foundation for planning, collaboration, and communication.
What you’ll do
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive operational improvements. Working to advise on projects to improve operations and then driving delivery of these improvements.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure campaign and lead management best practices.
- Configure, optimize and maintain the RevOps tech stack (workflows, automation, custom fields, conditional logic, custom reports, notifications, escalations, integrations, etc.)
- Drive the centralization of KPIs / Goals / Performance and reporting for sales and marketing
- Manage the revenue forecasting process in conjunction with sales leadership
- Own the revenue ops strategy for the business, identifying the key areas to focus on and driving alignment with core stakeholders across the business
- Manage the cleanliness of our data by utilizing data partners to append information, standardization rules, and segmented lists
- Train internal teams on new RevOps apps, new feature adoption, or changes to existing tech stack processes.
- Build, clearly define, and document RevOps processes
