Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
interactions.
- Track customer orders daily by giving updates via phone, text, or email.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer service
- delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- F/T and P/T Available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
