Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise will ensure that carpets are cleaned effectively, maintaining a fresh and hygienic environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning methods.
• Assess the condition of carpets and determine the appropriate cleaning method based on fabric type and level of soiling.
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the cleaning process.
• Ensure that all work areas are left clean and tidy after service completion.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

Skills

• Strong custodial skills with a focus on carpet cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of environmental services practices related to carpet care.
• Experience in commercial cleaning settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in buffing and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting equipment and moving furniture as needed.

Pay: $19.56 - $20.69 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Rotating weekends
